Sizes from 10×10 to 21×21. Small, medium, and large, plus a lot of in-between shapes (12×12, 14×14, 15×12, 19×15).

We don’t post prices. They change. Rates vary with the size and shape of the room. There isn’t a standard rate.

Small (about 10×10): your drum kit, solo, lessons.

Medium (12×12, 14×14, 15×12): kit plus amps, small band.

Large (19×15 to 21×21): full band.

What is a lockout rehearsal room?

A lockout is a private monthly room with 24-hour access. You get a key or code, leave your gear set up, and play when you want. It is not an hourly session and not a shared room.

Do Adder rooms come with gear?

No. Rooms do not come with drums, amps, or other gear. You bring your own kit and leave it set up.

Do you rent hourly?

No. Adder Studios is monthly lockout rooms only. No hourly, no recording.

Are the rooms soundproof and 24 hours?

Yes. Rooms are soundproofed with individual AC. Access is 24 hours. The building has cameras. Bathrooms are clean. Commons are professionally cleaned twice a week.
